The trailer must remain at the same campsite for the duration of the visit. You will have full hookups during your stay, water sewer, and electricity. All sites also have a picnic table and a fire ring. Because you have full hookups, you will be able to bring a TV, movies, etc. You will also have running hot water, a shower, refrigerator, freezer, heater, stove, and small oven. Lights work throughout the entire trailer. Sites all have free WiFi.
Upon checkout we ask that you remove all personal property and food, take the trash to the nearby dumpsters and close the trailer windows and doors, leaving the doors unlocked and keys on the kitchen sink. If you put the awning out, it must be returned to stow away position during wind events and upon departure. The water heater can be turned on 20 minutes before needing to use hot water, please turn it off after each use to save on propane and wear and tear on the unit. Unlike household water heaters, these aren’t designed to remain on the entire time as they are very small capacity. The “water pump” switch shall not be used and shall remain off. The trailer is connected to “city water” and doesn’t require a pump. The panel to operate these is just inside the main door to the left by the sink as you walk in the trailer. Please note, any damage done to the trailer due to not adhering to the rules or causing non expected wear and tear or damage to our unit, will result in a bill for the parts and labor for the repairs.
