Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10am. We are pet friendly.
We take reservations 11 months in advance. The guests staying with us this year have the option to book their cabin or campsite for next year. They must do this before they check out by filling out a blue form at the front desk. This means that there is a chance the cabin / dates you are looking for may not become available because the same guest who stayed this year, may want to come back next year. This allows families to keep the tradition of coming to Twin Lakes each year.
If you are checking availability and it says sold, this means it is booked already. If it says call, those dates are not available to be booked yet, please check back at a later date.

We are located on Lower Twin Lake. 11 miles from Bridgeport.
Cabins: We offer 8 different cabins ranging from a studio cabin to a 3 bedroom cabin. Click here for more cabin details.
Campsites: All of our campsites are designed for RVs and all have hookups of water, sewer, and 30a electric. Our premium RV sites are made to accommodate large rigs with 50a/30a electric. Sites 21-29 are 70' long by 40' wide pull-through sites. If your rig is longer than 36’, please do not book a standard site. Also, for shorter rigs with large slide outs, a standard site may not allow you to fully put slides out, we recommend finding a premium site. No refund will be issued for large slides in our standard campsites.
Tent Camping – Tents are allowed on our campsites, but the same rate is applied. We recommend tent campers stay at the USDA campsites. Click on our Things to Do page for more information on how to book those.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy – We charge a 2-night deposit at the time of booking. A full refund less a $50 cancellation fee for cabins or a $20 cancellation fee for RV sites if canceled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date. If canceled within 60 days of the reservation, we will hold the full deposit. If you decide to leave early after checking in, a refund will not be given for any days that have already been paid for. Starting 6/15/2025 - Our cancellation policy changed from 30 to 60 days. This is due to the number of people who cancelled last minute causing us to have campsites and cabins sitting empty. We apologize for having to enforce this, but since we are a destination, we don't get walk up traffic. If you choose to pay more than a 2 night deposit, your cancellation fee may be larger if the fees from the credit card company total more than your deposit. Please don’t prepay your trip, just pay the 2 night deposit. Cancellation fee may be 4% of the deposit amount.
Our cabins have a 2-night minimum stay. During the peak season, this may be longer. Most cabins must be booked for 7 days - During the peak season, this may be Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Sunday.
No refund will be issued if Southern California Edison turns off power due to Public Safety or to upgrade equipment to help prevent wildfires in the area. While it may be inconvenient, it protects this beautiful place we all love.
